Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith is a co-owner of HeyNoon Fitness. Fitness has always been a large part of her life that she holds immense passion for. From a young age she has been active—participating in many sports and other activities. Throughout college, fitness evolved for her and took on a whole new meaning. To Kelly, fitness is not just about building muscle and looking “fit”; fitness provides a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically. Whether it is resistance training, intensive conditioning or a restorative yoga flow, Kelly continues to become her best self and strives to help her clients and students attain that same feeling. Kelly is not only a co-owner, but one of HeyNoon’s trainers.

Kelly is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist as well as a 200 hour registered yoga Instructor and registered children’s yoga instructor (RCYT).

Shannon Rollins

Shannon is a co-owner of HeyNoon Fitness, as well as a trainer here at the studio. After playing a variety of sports growing up, she really rekindled her love for fitness throughout her teaching career. It quickly became a part of her lifestyle day in and day out and helped contribute to her living her most happy and healthy life. Shannon realized how powerful and functional strength training can make you feel and strives for her clients to gain that same feeling.

Shannon is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Mari LaVigna

After years of consistent strength training at HeyNoon, Mari has joined the team as personal trainer and class instructor. She is a former Certified Athletic Trainer and spent over 10 years working with Division I athletes in a variety of sports specializing in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Mari believes in the importance of exercise for both physical and mental health. By focusing on proper form and safe progressions, she loves to help clients gain the confidence to push themselves to new levels of strength and fitness.

Joanna Haynal

Joanna started her CPT journey during the dog days of COVID quarantine after nearly a decade of being obsessed with the fitness industry. She is also a weight loss specialist (WLS) and certified wellness coach (CWC). 

It is her passion to help others improve their strength and wellbeing so they can show up as their best selves inside & outside of the gym. She loves seeing the look on our clients faces when they hit a new PR and the moments they realize how tough they actually are. 

Chelsea Nowakowski

A yoga instructor and personal trainer with a rich athletic background. Growing up immersed in various competitive sports—including basketball, running, and rowing Division I at Drexel University—Chelsea has developed a deep passion for understanding how we connect with our bodies.

After graduating in 2010, she began her career as an RN in Colorado, where she discovered the grounding power of yoga that she continues to practice 15 years later. It was during the pandemic, Chelsea pursued both her yoga and personal training certifications, allowing her to blend her love for movement and wellness into her purpose. She is eager to share what she has learned and guide others in their own journeys.
