Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith is a co-owner of HeyNoon Fitness. Fitness has always been a large part of her life that she holds immense passion for. From a young age she has been active—participating in many sports and other activities. Throughout college, fitness evolved for her and took on a whole new meaning. To Kelly, fitness is not just about building muscle and looking “fit”; fitness provides a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically. Whether it is resistance training, intensive conditioning or a restorative yoga flow, Kelly continues to become her best self and strives to help her clients and students attain that same feeling. Kelly is not only a co-owner, but one of HeyNoon’s trainers.

Kelly is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist as well as a 200 hour registered yoga Instructor and registered children’s yoga instructor (RCYT).

Shannon Rollins

Shannon is a co-owner of HeyNoon Fitness, as well as a trainer here at the studio. After playing a variety of sports growing up, she really rekindled her love for fitness throughout her teaching career. It quickly became a part of her lifestyle day in and day out and helped contribute to her living her most happy and healthy life. Shannon realized how powerful and functional strength training can make you feel and strives for her clients to gain that same feeling.

Shannon is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Jenna Rosado

Jenna began training at a young age with aspirations to become a Division 1 rower.  Her dedication helped lead her way to be one of the top recruits at the Division 1 level in 2015, accepting an athletic scholarship from Temple University.   While at Temple University, Jenna worked with top-of-the-line strength and conditioning coaches, rowing coaches, and athletic trainers.  Having the opportunity to work with these amazing people fueled her a passion for fitness and helped guide her to where she is today.  Jenna recently graduated from Temple University with a Master of Science in Sport Business and is looking to combine her passion of fitness with her experiences of business in sport.  She is currently specializes in functional fitness and kettlebell training and is on her way to obtain her CSCS and work for a University as a strength and conditioning coach.
