What equipment do you use?

In our studio we have a variety of free weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. You will also find erg rowers, ski ergs, Assault bikes and Inertia Waves.

What if I have an injury or issue with a body part?

Please tell us! Our job is to provide a safe and effective workout experience to benefit your body. We do ask those affected to consult with a doctor to make sure you are physically cleared.

What do I bring to my first class?

Be ready to workout! Make sure you bring plenty of water and if you’re someone who enjoys having a towel to wipe sweat - that could be a good choice to bring.

What if I am new to fitness/strength training?

Its never too late to start! We welcome all levels from beginner to experienced. Because of our small class sizes, we are able to provide any modifications to our program to meet your needs.

How early do I arrive to my first class?

To ensure we provide the best workout experience we ask you to please arrive 5 minutes early so we can get to know a little bit about you, your fitness goals and fitness history.

How do I book or cancel a class?

To book a class you can click on the link on our page which directs you to use Momence. This can be used on a web browser or the app. We do ask if you need to cancel a class to please cancel on the app atleast 4 hours prior to class. If you aren’t able to do so, you will be charged $10 if you’re a monthly member or lose your class if you paid with a drop in/class pass. If the reasoning is due to an emergency, please let us know.
